then following up by helping you maintain that investment to give you its maximum return.
When considering where you would like to purchase your next spa, pool or even a sunroom, ask yourself these
questions. Are all spa and pool stores equal? Does it really matter if you purchase from store 'A' or store 'B'?
Are all products the same? What makes one brand different then the other? We at Clear-Blue Retreat believe it
does matter. As a matter of fact were you choose to purchase your next spa or pool might make a difference on
how happy you are with your investment for many years to come.
What does owning a small town spa and pool store mean to me and my family? It means not only meeting, but
trying to exceed the expectations of our customers. After being in the spa and pool business as a manager for
just a short 2 ½ years I came to realize that there were more important things in this industry then your next
sale. Customer service seems to be the missing link that is lost in this industry. Now days it seems that retail
stores are so determined to sell you a product that they forget to take care of you after you have purchased it.
I have found one very interesting detail during discussions with customers who have purchased our product
over the years. Most spa and pool businesses find the time to go out of their way to call you several times, send
out postcards and make sure you have all the information you need to make that all important decision to
purchase from them. Have you ever asked yourself why it is that once you've purchase the product, how come
it is that you can never get them to treat you with that same importance?
When you purchase from us at Clear-Blue Retreat unfortunately we can't guarantee you next day service. With
having as large of customer base as we do that would be virtually impossible. However, we feel it is more
important to take care of the customers we have already built a bond with, rather then try to start new ones.
Weather it is researching, and finding the best maintenance products manufactured, or improving our service to
be quicker and more efficient, my family and I would like you to feel that you can purchase from Clear-Blue
Retreat with confidence and know that you are not just another face in the crowd, but part of an ongoing
